well, do an EKG or any other heart control, and you will know for sure
but i think it s be alright (only the anxiety)
Yes it can…it can last even months!!!!
When I was 13 yrs old…going into junior high… I had panic / anxiety attacks like u wouldnt believe!!!
It drove me nuts I thought I was going psycho! I couldnt eat…thought I would choke.. Had no appetite anyway…for 4 months all I ate was a half a mayonaise sandwhich even that was hard to get down my throat….i couldnt sleep…i cried alot…my mom was about to go crazy having to put up with me…. i saw doctors they all said same thing just anxiety stress….my mom gave me mylanata and pepto all the time to try to help calm my stomach down…didnt really work tho…i still get panic attacks once in a great while….but no where near what i did have… but yeah i heard my heartbeat in my ears even…heart felt like it was going to jump right outta my chest…that really sucked having that crap…i felt like i went totally mental…finally it started easing up and then finally pretty much went away….on its own…i never took any type of drugs or anything….my mom didnt want me on all those crazy meds they push on kids these days…but i did learn that anxiety panic attacks are usually caused by a chemical embalance in ur head….vitamin b-12 helped me out alot!!! i took one a day and it seemed to help me calm down more….you basically need to learn how to have self control and to figure out what you can do to try to calm yourself down more..some type of exercise or something that you think would calm you down…it seems like a mind over matter issue… but i had the fast heartbeat too…sounds like i had the problems wayyyyyy worse then you do…now i cant stand to listen to a heartbeat without freaking out and wanting to cringe thinking of when i was messed up…ugh….but try to relax…maybe get some muscle relaxers or a vicodin…but if u dont take meds…or wont…try to calm ur self down naturally…take a bath…or go on a slow walk….you have to literally tell urself that your ok…its just nerves…that is what helped me alot….good luck to you!
It's highly important to perform this exercise properly to attain maximum muscular size increase.
You want to select a grip that feels best for you.
