I feel depressed a lot and I think I also may have anxiety issues. I don’t want to be medicated and on “drugs”..what are some good herbal supplements for anxiety and depression…? I have heard St. johns wort is good for depression.

herbal tea,chinese herbal tea. or see a Chinese herbalist (not meds, herbs are all natural things!!!) or try acupuncture, great for anxiety attack and depression or even massage on feet (called reflexology?) I have tried and they worked great (on me). Hope it works for you too!!!! Good luck!
St. John’s Wort is supposedly good for ‘mild’ depression.
Valerian is great for anxiety and insomnia.
5-HTP is also good for anxieties.
Melatonin is also good for sleep.
Good old fashioned exercise is great for it all.

For anxiety try an herbal supplement called Panicyl. Works for me. Good luck.
