I talk about my unbalanced focus (Work, Fitness, Personal Development). Work’s been taking a backburner the past two weeks. I talk about a supplement I started taking. It’s called Rhodiola Rosea. I looked at my video clips and got bored watching myself explain all these Exposures I had. Everything is going in a small and positive direction. Exposures: Lunch at a Restaurant in LA, Running Errands, Going to the Bank, Grocery Shopping, Taking my dog to the Groomers.
