  1. =) Just wanted to let you know I watched and that I think these are very good points. They would work very well with my “Feel it, embrace it then let it go” philosophy.

  2. Essentially , you become a nervous individual due to what you believe is happening in specific circumstances, in opposition to what's really going down. If there's a condition that makes someone think that every tiny thing on earth is going to cause them a kind of heart ache, it might be a tension disorder for sure.
