  1. Eczema is a chronic problem that can only be palliated with herbs and supplements. If you want a permanent cure see a professional Homeopath. Homeopathic treatment will also rid you of the anxiety. Permanently.

  2. If you’re willing to try homeopathic eczema treatments, try calcarea carbonica. It is typical of homeopathy to consider both physical and psychological symptoms. Homeopaths prescribe calcarea carbonica for eczema that’s accompanied by anxiety. You can also try natural vitamin E, Emu oil, and Evening Primrose oil :) But I’m not sure if they have any psychological effects like calcarea carbonica.

And about the fish oil that you’re using… maybe you’re not using pharmaceutical grade fish oil? Low quality fish oil does trigger rashes because of the impurities.

  3. The cure to eczema is specific attrition of the infected cells. Have a look at my blog at http://eczemafix.blogspot.com/index.html#7020987335704964975 for reason why and mechanism. The best cure I have found thus far is 4 days at a clean beach. Mangosteen skins are good for immediate treatment but does not provide the level that going to a warm and clean beach does.

The cure is also a strategy. It is about depopulating the infection and infectious agents over a period of time without scarring the skin (or with minimal scarring) http://eczemafix.blogspot.com/index.html#3443886186286232409 (this shows what happens when the majority of the infection is gone but there are still some infected patches. People say it looks like psoriasis (http://www.healthy-skin-guide.com/psoriasis-photos.html)).

As skin is naturally replaced over the course of ones life, as long as one remains vigilant, one will eventually be free of the infection. I make this period about 7 years.
